FAQs

How long will my order take?

We usually dispatch orders within 24-48 hours using Royal Mail's Next Day Tracked and Signed service. Please note that during public holidays and when we're at trade shows or events, there may be delays in processing and delivery.

If you need something urgently, please contact us to check turnaround time before ordering.

Can I return body jewellery?

Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any body jewellery once the sealed packaging has been opened. We send out jewellery in clear packaging for your inspection.

Please ensure that you are satisfied with your selection before opening your purchase.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged?

You will be requested to return the item, and we will replace it with a new piece of the same design and colour. The original item must be returned before we can dispatch a replacement item.

How long will my replacement take?

If we have an additional item in stock, it will be dispatched as soon as we receive the original piece. However, please note that if a replacement piece needs to be ordered from the supplier, the wait time may vary depending on several factors. For certain bespoke items, delivery from suppliers can take between 12 to 16 weeks

What materials do you stock for jewellery?

We stock implant-grade titanium, solid 14k and 18k gold and platinum.

As well as these base materials, you have a choice of Cubic Zirconias (CZ), Synthetic Opals, Genuine Opals, Natural Stones, and Precious and Semi-Precious stones including Genuine Diamonds.

Can I fit threaded jewellery myself?

Yes, you can certainly fit the jewellery yourself.

However, we highly recommend visiting a professional piercer for installation to ensure proper fit. Improperly fitted jewellery may be at risk of falling out.

Can I fit push-fit jewellery myself?

Yes, you can absolutely fit push fit jewellery yourself. Please see the Neometal diagram below to guide you in using push fit jewellery.

However, we always recommend visiting a professional piercer for the installation of your jewellery to ensure proper placement and safety.

Please note that pins are only designed to bend up to around 20 degrees max. We cannot accept returns for pins that have snapped due to inappropriate adjustment. If in doubt, visit a piercer!
